![]() ![]() ![]() Again, the peanut butter one is delicious and I also have really liked anything with a coffee flavor (such as the award winning caramel macchiato). Their chocolate pieces are also very tasty. Better yet, the cakes have been delicious and a couple of people could not believe that it was gluten free because you definitely can't tell. You should check out their facebook page to see some of their creations. They do an amazing job and I have always been impressed with their designs. I have also ordered several custom cakes from them. Plus, their peanut butter icing and filling is amazing, so anything with chocolate and peanut butter is awesome. We consumed tasty treats from Glen Grant, Ferawyns Artisan Chocolates, and the Bacon Bacon Truck. Occasionally there is a dud, by 95% of the time they are delicious! Some of my favorites include the mint chip brownie, cinnamon roll, strawberry cupcake, chocolate mocha cupcake, apple cider donuts, and the chocolate or pumpkin muffins. We lustily inhaled the vapors in the Ploom VIP Lounge. Can't wait to stop by again and try more! Update: I have in fact stopped by again and again to try a large variety of their baked goods. Also, I am a pretty sensitive celiac and I had no issues eating the desserts. These are two of the best gluten free baked goods I have had - it’s almost hard to believe that they are GF! We are truly lucky to have such a delicious, gluten free bakery so close to Raleigh. FWIW, I was diagnosed with celiac about 10 years ago and always visit gluten free bakeries anytime I travel, so I've had more than my fair share of GF baked goods. Despite my high expectations, I was still impressed by how delicious everything was. I tried both the cookie sandwich and the éclair. After hearing so many good things about Fera'wyn's, I finally made the trip down to try it and it completely lived up to the hype. ![]()
